<description>In Merksplas (Belgium) we have a rich history of WW-II. We have a monument foor corp Harper who received the Victoria Cross for his courage. He died when he took command over the bataljon to force a breaktrough the German line in Merksplas. Behind the monument is an old &quot;quarantaine&quot; barn which was a provisary military hospital drung the war. This is a historic building which we want te restaurate and maybe use as an info point for WW-II. The mayor of Hatfield (a village in GB which we have a lot of contact with) told us there is a trust in England which offer aid to such WW-II related monuments and building, but he did not remember the name. Maybe you know more (name or other possibilities)?

Thank you in advance
