		<description>Hello,

I live near the Cornwall and Devon Mining Landscape World Heritage Site, and am concerned about a proposed Wind Farm between areas 9 and 10, Caradon Hill and Kit Hill, 1km from area 9, and 5km from area 10, in line of sight between these two areas. The planning authority, Caradon District Council, has recommended approval of this development, and the matter is to be determined on the 17th Dec. The local Environment and Heritage Service of Cornwall County Council has made no objection. I do not think this can be right as an 80 metre moving structure must have a detrimental impact on this sensitive landscape. Any comments? I do not think this has been referred to ICOMOS.

Thank you</description>
