The planning authority, Caradon District Council, has recommended approval of this development, and the matter is to be determined on the 17th Dec. The local Environment and Heritage Service of Cornwall County Council has made no objection. I do not think this can be right as an 80 metre moving structure must have a detrimental impact on this sensitive landscape. Any comments? I do not think this has been referred to ICOMOS.
